WhatsApp Business Messaging

Businesses that use PosyGen, DocyGen, KlasGen or a VishGen-built app can connect their own WhatsApp Business number to it. They then send bills, prescriptions, reminders and notices, and reply to customers, from inside the app. The service runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform. We can also connect your existing software to WhatsApp.

How a business connects

The owner chooses Connect WhatsApp in our app. Meta's secure signup window opens, where they sign in to Facebook, pick or create their WhatsApp Business account, verify their number and approve our app. We never see their Facebook password.

What we access

Only for businesses that connect: their WhatsApp Business account, phone number and display name, message templates, the messages they send and receive, and their customers' WhatsApp numbers and profile names. We use this only to run the messaging for that business.

What we never do

We never sell or share WhatsApp data or use it for advertising, use one business's data for another, or message anyone on our own behalf. Businesses message only customers who opted in, and they can disconnect at any time.
